On-site Nursing Team
Orchards of Minnetonka in Minnetonka, MN, offers expert care for our residents living in assisted living and Dementia Care Neighborhoods, including an exceptional on-site nursing team. Our senior living community offers registered nursing on-site 40 hrs/week during business hours M-F or on call 24/7. Providing excellent clinical and personal care for our residents is our top priority to ensure our residents are well cared for. Our registered nurse and team provide:
- Resident Assessments. Each resident is assessed for their medical and care needs before move-in, and an additional assessment will occurs at 14 days after move-in. We also assess resident care needs quarterly and after injury, serious illness or hospitalization.
- Resident Care Plans. Residents will have an ongoing care plan that is developed and updated by our care staff – the plan will be shared with and available to designated family members.
- Monitor Medications and Care. Our nurses will assist with coordinating each assisted living resident’s health care and provide medication regimen oversight.
- Medical Resource. We provide 24-hour a day of medically supervised care – a nurse is available to our care staff in person or by phone day or night.

The Reflections Dementia Care Program at Orchards of Minnetonka has specialized care and services to those with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia or other memory impairments.
